On a Mission for More Livable Cities and Awe-Inspiring Events
For the past four years, Germain Briand and his team have been on a mission to enhance urban living across Australia. It began with the introduction of Urban Canopee, a French innovator in green infrastructure, helping cities stay cooler and more resilient. Next came Aglae, another pioneering French company, specialising in breathtaking event scenography using luminescent plants to create magical, immersive experiences.
In early 2024, they acquire Glowee, a trailblazer in natural bioluminescence, offering a revolutionary way to produce and consume light in urban environments. This groundbreaking solution perfectly complemented the first two ventures.
By 2025, LuminoKrom joined the portfolio—a fluorescent paint designed to illuminate urban spaces and pathways, seamlessly integrating with the existing offerings. And to further promote awareness of the blue economy, the team introduced The Fables of Gunter Pauli, an essential educational resource.
